| REFERRAL PROGRAM: Everybody that refers a salesperson to iPro receives 10% of what we charge in broker fees for the life of that individual. The 10% is based on broker fees and does not include E&O or any other fees or penalties charged. The salesperson joining must submit the referring individual's name when signing up. Payment is delivered immediately when the referred salesperson produces income.
THE COMMISSION PLAN: 10% up to $500 per transaction.
NOTE: Company leads are provided free of charge but the broker fees are 25% when a transaction is closed.
